Module - Contact us
The contact us module allows you to create a page with a form to contact the company, as well as being able to have it as a container to display it on any page.
Configurations
Fields :
- First name
- Last name
- Phone
- Subject
- Message
The subject can be free text or be configured to be a selection, which the values are editable in the CMS.
For the selection of the subject, different persons can receive the email based on the selection (to + CC if needed).
You can also activate or not the recaptcha.

Questions
How are the responses transmitted?
The responses are simply emailed to the client.
There's no specific location in the CMS that captures the information. This can be developed as needed.
Implementation
To implement this module :
- Module copy (code): 0.25 hours
- Adjustments to the project's base: 3 hours
- Beta/production deployment: 0.5 hours
Any addition or modification that goes beyond the simple implementation as is must be evaluated by the integrator.
The same applies to any additional content requested by the client.
